-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Starting with my educational background, I did bachelors in science non medical in 2007, M.sc math in 2010. My father being a banker himself always wanted me to be the same but like in younger days most of us do, i didn't pay much heed to him.Meanwhile got married, then i realised that all my in laws were in service sector,so I was expected to do the same. however, they were never ready for private job. Then one lucky day,my husband was told by someone about complete success. I joined the centre in feb 2013 with initial aim to clear atleast clerical exam. Being mother of 6 months old child,I couldn't devote my all time to my studies, but with proper guidance of sir, extra timings for individual problems and ofcourse with my family's support i cleared RRB clerical first. i joined Punjab gramin bank. Meanwhile, few more exams I got through, national insurance Assistant, RRB scale 1, SSC CGL, IBPS PO, TET. At present I am working in punjab gramin bank as officer scale 1 from last two years.

__________(SUCCESS STORY OF SUNIL BASRA)__________

_________________SELECTED IN BANK OF BARODA(PO)_______________
_______________________________________________________
Qualification:- B.tech with Distinction, M.tech
Exams Qualified:- i. Baroda Manipal PO
ii. LIC ADO
iii. Punsupp Food Inspector
Hi Friends
After completing my B.tech in 2010 I started applying for the Masters programs in abroad through scholarships, here I should mention it was not like a typical Punjabi guy going abroad for work on study visa, I genuinely wanted to do research. I decided all this when I was in B.tech Final, My interest developed in research while I was working on my final year project. I got offers for admission into Masters Degree from top German universities with scholarship but I was not able to show my living expenses to the German embassy so they did not accept my visa file. I had wasted about 6 months while going through all this process and later shun the idea of going abroad for research and joined a private university as a lecturer and in the same year I joined M.tech (Part Time) degree from the same university to continue my studies and it was required too; if you want to continue teaching as your profession. I was teaching 6 days for week and on Sunday I was having my M.tech Classes, It was very tough schedule for me. I was so busy that I never thought about any other job or Government job till the time I completed my M.tech in 2014. Although after completing my Masters I promoted to the rank of Asst. Prof. and was earning around 40K but it never gave me satisfaction and respect which I wanted in my life. It was October 2014 when one of my colleague and I decided to prepare for Government job particularly for Bank PO as the syllabus of the Bank PO is well defined and one can prepare or go through the whole syllabus in or around 3 months. After that I appeared in many exams, in starting I was not able to even clear the sectional cutoffs particularly General Awareness and Banking Sections because I had no knowledge of banking and current affairs at that time. Later with time I developed the habit of reading a newspaper and Magazines. After that I joined a coaching institute although I was preparing myself but in coaching institute you come to know about your weaknesses and you compete with fellow students which gives you insight of your preparation. In coaching institute you learn a lot while having a discussion on a particular question with fellow students. It was very tough for me to come to coaching classes as I was working but I remember I never skipped a single class of 6 Pm to 8 PM batch till the time I qualified for BOB Manipal PO exam. One day I was sitting in class only a message popped up on my mobile screen with the word congratulations I secretly opened it and it was written “ congratulations you have qualified the written exam conducted by BOB Manipal” , I was in immense pleasure after reading this. I shared with everyone after the class and everyone was congratulating me. Later I appeared in GD and PI of the same exam, I was quite confident of clearing the GDPI because I was good speaker and had ample knowledge of the banking by that time after reading lots of books and magazines. Here I also want to mention Surjit Sir , he helped me a lot by conducting mock interviews and GDs on Saturdays and guided me to achieve my goal. Meanwhile the results of Punsupp Food inspector came but I did not join as they were offering basic salary for the period of 2 years. Later I appeared in LIC-ADO cleared the written and interview but did not join as I had made up my mind for Bank of Baroda PO.

Suggestions
Someone has rightly said “if you fail to plan, you have planned to fail “. So plan the things and make a proper time table for your preparation.
1. Practice makes a man perfect, Practice every single question with various methods.
2. Follow some online preparatory websites
3. Make use of some Android Apps based on Banking and General Awareness in your smart Phone.
4. Skipping the class would break your momentum. Never skip a coaching class if you are going through the syllabus for the first time.
5. Join some online test series to access yourself.
6. Work on time Management and shortcuts.

Lines which always inspire me:- The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promise to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

_____________________________SUCCESS STORY__________________________
___________SAGAR - ASSISTANT MANAGER(PO) IN DENA BANK___________

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I completed my graduation in 2010 and after that I was in dilemma what to do next I tried to find a job but I did not get a decent one. My father advised me to start preparing for the bank exam. It was then I decided to give the banking exam
I first started preparing of my own, I bought some books but I was not getting the momentum I wanted. It was a big mistake. I wasted almost my 2 years, I still regret for that.
Then I joined Complete Success Coaching centre
In a period of two months, I learned all the basics. I got good at Maths I learnt lots of shortcut techniques in Maths, Reasoning and English but my weakness was G.K and in order to improve my G.K I attended all general studies classes provided by CS sir Surjit Singh twice , I also read newspaper, PD magazines and referred online material that helped me a lot. I used to study minimum 4 hours a day as suggested by my sir.
My first attempt was for RBI and I did not succeed, then I prepared very hard for SBI Clerk but I missed out by 5 marks. I then took up IBPS PO and this time also I missed out on being selected by only 3 marks. After that I was little demotivated for some time. But my sir’s motivational speeches, seminars and encouragement kept me going. He was a great help when I was going through my tough time. I also kept on attending CS coaching classes.
Finally in 2013, I cleared IBPS PO and got selected in Dena Bank. After checking the result I was at the top of the world that was the best day of my life, all my hard work paid me.

My Advice to friends looking to Crack IBPS Exams is to analyse yourself first know your weakness and work on it to improve it.
If you did not clear in your first or second attempt don’t lose hope keep on reminding yourself that you are getting better every time you are failing. Every time you do a mistake learn from it and do not repeat it. Believe in yourself.
